Support tickets, one HTTP request away

Open a ticket when a payment fails, a user reports a bug in your app or a form is submitted. The Uplio REST API speaks JSON and authenticates with API keys.

curl -X POST "https://app.uplio.io/api/v1/tickets?workspaceId=acme" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $UPLIO_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "title": "Cant reset my password",
    "priority": "high",
    "userId": "[email protected]"
  }'

Three steps to your first ticket

  1. 1

    Create an API key

    Generate a key in your Uplio account settings.

  2. 2

    Find your workspace ID

    It's shown in your dashboard, with a copy button.

  3. 3

    Send a request

    POST to /api/v1/tickets and the ticket shows up on your board.
